Within the development, we plan to open a local supermarket, smaller shops, and the Vrátnice café, which will be housed in the former gatehouse of the Chirana site. We are also preparing a local bistro and would like to expand the offering with a fitness centre open to both residents and enthusiasts from the surrounding area. For families with children, we are working with the Prague 12 municipal authority to prepare a nursery.

For older children, Klasické gymnázium Modřany is available, offering six-, eight-, and four-year study programmes with an emphasis on English. A central theme running through the entire Bydlení META Modřany development, across all its phases, is public space. We want you to feel truly at home here, and we know that thoughtful urban planning and streetscapes designed with a keen eye for landscaping will significantly improve the quality of life in the area. As part of our development, we are planning the revitalisation of Mezi Vodami street, including the creation of a charming small square with mature trees.
