Bydlení META is becoming a reality, progressively fulfilling its ambition to transform a former industrial site into a vibrant urban address by the Vltava river.
Building on the success of the first phase, the second phase — Bydlení META Court — will offer standard apartments in layouts ranging from studio flats to three-bedroom homes, garden apartments, rooftop penthouses with large terraces, and generous maisonettes. The development will also include quality retail space opening onto the development's arcade and square. Preparation for the second phase is ongoing, with construction due to commence before the end of 2026. The third phase will follow in due course, with its schedule to be confirmed.
Financing for your new home is divided into several instalments:
- Reservation agreement = CZK 100,000 reservation fee
- Future purchase agreement, within 30 days of signing the reservation agreement = 10% of the property price, less the reservation fee
- Completion of the shell and core = 40% of the property price
- Building enclosure = 40% of the property price
- Occupancy permit = 10% of the property price
The payment schedule can be adjusted to suit your needs, whether for mortgage financing or a bespoke instalment arrangement.
